Important Dates
| Thursday, September 8 - Thursday, September 22: | Customization open for Fall shipment |
| Thursday, September 22: | Final day to customize or add to your shipment |
| Sunday, October 2: | Final day to confirm account information and membership updates (i.e. pick-up or ship-to, address changes, request different ship day) |
| Monday, October 3: | Club processing - if you haven’t customized your order during the customization window you will be charged for the standard club selection |
| Tuesday, October 4: | Pick-up members - club shipments available in the tasting room |
| Monday, October 17: | Ship-to members - orders will deploy from the fulfillment warehouse |
| Saturday, October 22 & Sunday, October 23: | Fall Club Open House - limited availability, must have a reservation |
| Sunday, November 6: | Final day for pick-up members to pick-up any outstanding club shipments and all account updates (i.e. address changes, request different ship day) |
| Monday, November 14: | All remaining pick-up orders will be shipped |
All club shipment schedule information, including wine selection and dates, are subject to change.
Please note: Fees associated with wine club shipment redirects, returns, reships and address corrections will be passed through to the recipient.
- Average redirect fee is $20
- Reshipment fee for Connoisseur club shipment is $60
- Reshipment fee for Sommelier club shipment is $85
- Reshipment fee for Cellar Master club shipment is $150
